To finalise your booking and ensure all is set for your hire, we kindly request the following documents within 14 days from today.

Documents We need from you
Download Insurance From- Copy of the driver’s passport.
- Copy of the driver’s driving license (front and back).
- Two proofs of address, even if they match the address on your driving license.
- DVLA document – Please generate a code at DVLA Check Code and then download the document from DVLA Check Info(don’t forget to click the save or print button in the top right corner of the page). This document is required one month before your travel.
- Insurance form – Please complete the attached Hire Driving Proposal Form, then scan or photograph the form and send it back in clear resolution.
Important Notes
- If you already have 6 points or more on your license, inform us immediately as this might affect your insurance coverage.
- Changes in your details before the vehicle hire must be reported as soon as possible.
- Additional drivers can be added for £10 per day per person, requiring the same documents as the primary driver.
- Non-UK license holders will incur an additional £250 excess fee, payable via credit or debit card (excluding American Express).
