710 – 4 Berth 2 Double Beds

Description

The Burstner Lyseo Harmony 710 automatic is a comfortable 4 Berth (4 seat belts) motorhome with fixed rear double bed and a further double bed in dining/lounge area (electric drop down bed) a mid cabin kitchen and front dining area which has forward facing seats with 2 seat belts, side seat and swivel driver and passenger seats which completes the lounge/dining experience.

Bedroom
Fixed double bed with lift up cupboard underneath and a wardrobe to the side. 2 further storage cupboards above the bed, plug point (for electric hook up). TV and privacy door. 

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a 3 ringed gas hob, small gas cooker, 3 way full sized fridge (with small freezer compartment).
Storage above sink and 2 drawers below sink with cutlery drawer.
Cooking utensils, kettle, chopping board, cookware, seasonings, cutlery, cups, glasses, plates and sponge/washing up liquid.

Bathroom
This is a combined bathroom including toilet, shower with shower door, sink with hand wash. Under sink storage and large mirror.
Additional storage cupboard above toilet.

Seating/Dining/Sleeping Area
This dinette area seats 5 comfortably by turning round the cab swivel seats. The dining table can be expanded for extra dining space.
At night time this seating area transforms into a sleeping area with an electric drop down double bed that can be moved into position in a matter seconds.
There are 3 cupboards above the seating area along with lighting/reading lights & feature lighting. There are also 2 underfloor storage areas – perfect for shoes.
There is also a second adjustable TV in the lounge area.

Extra Storage Area

The rear of the van has a large extra storage area which can be accessed from either side of the van. This is a perfect area to store up to 5 bikes, extra camping gear or water activities. There are shelves to the right where the camping chairs/tables are located with additional storage available for use.

This is an ideal family or friends layout that is only Length: 7.10m metres long, width: 2.31m,  C1 driving license required as weight is over  3500kg
