Postponements and Cancellations

The welfare and safety of our customers is always our top priority.

Following the recent announcement from the UK Government and to encourage everyone to stay at home,
Camperfun will be temporarily closing its doors from the 5th of November until the 2nd of December (24th March 2020) further notice.

Postponements

You can now change your booking free of charge by emailing us at aga@camperfun.co. Any difference in fare will need to be paid via bank transfer.

For those that would like to amend their holiday dates, but do not know what dates would be suitable, we can issue you with a voucher for the value of your booking that can be put towards a future hire. This voucher will be valid for travel within 12 months of your holiday start date.

Cancellations

We have revised our cancellation terms to as follows:

up to 6 weeks prior to your collection date:

You can postpone your holiday free of charge. If you decide to cancel your holiday you will lose your deposit only.

6 weeks to 2 weeks prior to your collection date:

You can postpone your holiday free of charge. If you decide to cancel your holiday you will receive a 50% refund.

2 weeks to the date of your collection:

We cannot offer anything to those that do not give us at least 2 weeks’ notice before their collection date.
